West Germany wants to bring about normal relations with Israel, Heinrich von Brentano, Foreign Minister of the Bonn Government, stated here today. Israel’s “vital rights,” must be protected, said Mr. von Brentano, and his government will make every effort to influence Arab nations toward reduction of Middle East tensions.
