A decree dismissing 77 Jewish officials from the Ministry of Justice was published in the Journal Official today. It was the longest list of dismissals published since promulgation of the anti-Jewish Statute on Oct. 18.
The officials dismissed include 11 public prosecutors, 28 judges, four coroners, 30 justices of the peace, two colonial judges, and two legal employes.
Still longer lists of dismissed Jewish officials are expected to be issued shortly and all those remaining in office on Dec. 20 will be automatically discharged on that date.
