An appeal to the Kehillah for immediate relief was made by the Executive Committee of the Jewish Artisans Association at its session held here last night. Of the 10,000 members of the Association, 8,000 are unemployed.
Twenty-five thousand Zlotys was asked of the Kehillah Council for relief.
The committee also decided to appeal to the Warsaw city government to see that Jewish artisans be provided with employment in proportion to the number of non-Jewish artisans employed.
