French authorities at Bone, Algeria, yesterday cancelled the weekly fair in the city, fearing an anti-Jewish outbreak, it was reported here.

All Jewish shops were ordered to close their doors. Moslem troops, who form part of the local garrison, were disarmed and locked up in their barracks. European troops, including marines froh the French battleships Matelot and Leblang, are patrolling the streets.
