Eight adults and six juveniles, self-described members of the Jewish Defense League, were arrested yesterday after they chained themselves to a mock gallows in front of the Iraqi Embassy in observance of the third anniversary of the execution of 14 persons in Baghdad in 1969. Nine of the 14 were Jews. The JDLers were charged with demonstrating within 500 feet of an Embassy. The adults were released 500 feet of an Embassy. The adults were released on bail and the juveniles in custody of their parents.
