Credit Suisse, Switzerland’s second largest bank, named former Swiss President Flavio Cotti chairman of its international board of directors. Last year, when Switzerland was coming under mounting pressure to settle Holocaust-era claims, Cotti urged President Clinton to block threatened boycotts of Swiss banks.
