A call for the celebration of International Good Will Day on May 18 was sent by Mrs. Arthur Brin of Minneapolis, National Chairman of the Department of Peace, of the National Council of Jewish Women, to council sections. It is proposed that permission be obtained from the local Superintendents of Schools for reading and explaining the Kellogg Pact in the schools on that day.

Participation of the children is planned through the presentation of special programs in the religious schools.

The Council Sections, in their respective communities, will also invite all local Jewish women’s organizations to unite in a peace program.
