A child of a mixed marriage in custody of his “Aryan” father is not permitted to visit his Jewish mother in her home, under a Court of Appeals verdict reported by the frankfurter Zeitung.

In divorce cases where the “Aryan” father is awarded custody of the child, the Jewish mother may not see her child in her home “even if she promises not to bring the child together with other Jewish relatives,” the decision states.

The mother may ask permission to meet her child outside her home.
