Magistrate Overton Harris on Friday adjourned the case of Irving Miller, messenger for the Gates of Mercy Center, who is charged with soliciting funds without a permit, until January 8 when Magistrates Benjamin Greenspan and Louis B. Brodesky will hear it. Bail was continued at $500.
