Chaim Schneur, well-Known Yiddish actor and one of the founders of the Vilna Yiddish Theatre in 1915, died here last night. He was 69. He came to New York with the Vilna troupe in 1921. He is survived by his widow, the well-known Yiddish actress, Bela Ballerina, and a son, Prof, Theodore Schneur, of the University of Wisconsin.
