The British engineering expert, Palmer, is now engaged in preparing a report on the Jaffa harbor question, and Britain stands ready to build the harbor, if the Jaffa business men procure the necessary capital.
This was announced today by Colonel Solomon, Director of the Department of Commerce and Industry of the Palestinian government. Colonel Solomon, after a service with this bureau in Palestine of three years, has forwarded his resignation and will leave Palestine in the near future.
