Britain’s first permanent memorial to the Holocaust is scheduled to open Tuesday, when it will be inaugurated by Queen Elizabeth II. The exhibit, which includes Holocaust-era artifacts as well as a deportation rail car and a model of a death camp, is housed in a $25.5 million extension of London’s Imperial War Museum.
