Brazil and Israel signed a memorandum today providing for cooperation between the two countries in agricultural research as well as for joint research in nuclear development for peaceful uses. The memorandum was signed by Arieh Levavi, director general of Israel’s Foreign Ministry, who is currently visiting this country. Delegations of the two nations worked late into the night last night to put the final touches to the memorandum which may later be changed to a full agreement.
