Israel Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion arrived here today from Iceland via an El Al commercial airliner following a month-long tour of the five Scandinavian countries. Mr. Ben-Gurion, who is accompanied by Mrs. Ben-Gurion, their daughter and aides of the Premier, will spend a few days in Switzerland to rest before returning to Israel.
