At the request of President Clinton, Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel is slated to go to Macedonia on May 31 to investigate the living conditions of Kosovar refugees. While in Macedonia, Wiesel will talk to refugees, as well as representatives of nongovernmental organizations and humanitarian agencies.
