Arab nations should work toward “entering the nuclear club,” the head of the Arab League said. Amr Moussa’s comments, made Tuesday at a meeting of the Arab League, ostensibly were focused on developing peaceful nuclear energy. But the call could cause concern in the West, where Iran’s nuclear program already has been referred to the U.N. Security Council because of strong suspicions that Iran’s real aim is to develop nuclear weapons.
