The fourth anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto revolt was marked here yesterday at mass meetings and special prayers in settlements and towns throughout the country.
The largest meeting was held in Tel Aviv, where members of the Jewish Agency and the Jewish National Council and former partisans joined in the observances. It was reported at the meeting that steps are to be taken to speed the erection here of a monument to the Jews who died in Europe under the Nazi occupation.
