An Israeli soldier wounded two Palestinian children in the West Bank city of Hebron on Saturday. An Israeli army spokesman said the shooting of a 13-year- old boy was accidental and that army officials did not know how the girl was shot. The boy said the soldier shot both of them on purpose.
