An Israeli Arab member of the Knesset is to be charged with incitement to murder for remarks he made regarding the shooting of a Bedouin youth at the hands of an Israeli security official. During a Bedouin protest over the incident, Taleb Alsana called for revenge. He later said his comments were misinterpreted, adding that he is being persecuted because he is an Arab.
