An exhibit on World War II concentration camps opened Wednesday at the main entrance to the State Department in Washington. The exhibit, which focuses on Japanese interned in the United States and Jews interned in Europe, carries a disclaimer which explains that the use of the term “concentration camps” is not meant to imply any moral equivalence between the two types of camps.
