I.L. Kenen has been appointed Washington representative of the American Zionist Council, it was announced today by Louis Lipsky, chairman of the Council.
Mr. Kenen, was secretary of the American Jewish Conference from 1943 to 1947, and served as director of information for the Jewish Agency and the Israel delegation to the United Nations from 1947 to 1950. Last year he served the Council as public relations representative in Washington.
