A Reform Jewish leader supported NATO’s airstrikes against Yugoslavia at a rally Monday on Capitol Hill. But Rabbi Paul Menitoff, the executive vice president of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, criticized both the United States and NATO for its delay in acting forcefully in Kosovo. Menitoff’s comments came at a Reform-sponsored rally that was part of a three-day conference on social issues sponsored by the movement.
