Takao Himori killed himself over the weekend in a Tokyo park to protest Israeli policies, a fellow activist said. Himori was a member of a group known as Voice that reportedly held hunger strikes and vigils in support of the Palestinians. A number of Japanese groups held pro-Palestinian protests on Saturday.
