A global Torah vigil will mark the 74th birthday of Lubavitcher Rebbe Menachem M, Schneerson on the evening of April 10 and on April 11, it was announced here by the Lubavitch Youth Organization. Each Lubavitch regional division throughout the world will sponsor 24 hours of Torah study in their respective. communities and increase activity in the Rebbe’s mitzvah campaign with special emphasis on Passover mitzvot, the LYO said.
