Two hundred leaders of New York’s Jewish community extended their welcome today to Dublin’s mayor Robert Briscoe at a luncheon meeting of the campaign cabinet of the United Jewish Appeal of Greater New York.
An informal reception to Dublin’s first Jewish mayor, who will be principal speaker at the inaugural dinner of the 1957 New York UJA drive, scheduled for March 21, was the closing feature of the campaign cabinet meeting.
