Two hundred American Jews, the majority of whom will take up permanent residence in Palestine, have sailed for Palestine. The largest proportion of this group are middle-class Jews, who plan to settle on orange plantations.

Gedaliah Bublick, who has just resigned office as President of the Mizrachi organisation in the United States, for reason of health, is also going to Palestine to settle there, planning to devote himself to literary work.
