It seems like you barely hear music-related news from Adam Levine these days.
Although “Moves Like Jagger” continues to annoy people as it is still played nonstop at all times, Levine’s main focus became television.
Deadline TV blog is reporting that Levin sold his drama Awesome Splendor to NBC, and it will be developed with Lawrence Trilling of Parenthood. Apparently the idea for a Rock ‘n’ Roll drama was Trilling’s, and he talked to Levine.
Levine is currently developing a karaoke comedy for NBC. In addition, the new season of the hit music reality TV show The Voice is set to return in February.
Is this NBC becoming the new MTV, but with music?
