Prepare yourself for the first ever Twitter comedy festival, the #ComedyFest.
And that’s not the only thing you need to prepare yourself for because the entire event, which will take place April 29 to May 3, celebrates Mel Brooks joining twitter.
On the first day of the festival, Brooks will join the social network and post a link to the livestream. The event will be moderated by Judd Apatow.
“The live stream is one way it will happen. In other cases it will be comedians or directors tweeting using the hashtag #Comedyfest, tweeting jokes out and to each other,” Walter Levitt, Comedy Central executive vice president of marketing, told ABC News. “In other ways it will be people tweeting Vines, those six-second videos.”
It’s going to be nuts! N-V-T-S nuts!
