To the Editor:
The part of Jerusalem where the Knesset sits is indeed the capital of Israel, but to say that all of Jerusalem is Israel’s capital is a reiteration of the "Greater Israel" theme of decades ago. If Israel wants to survive as a Jewish and democratic state, it must accepy a two-state solution in which the capital of Palestine will be in East Jerusalem.
