I was on Chanukah Party duty (the White House and Congress) last night and knew I would regret missing Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan’s address at a Jewish Primary Day School fundraiser at Washington’s Sixth and I synagogue.
Sure enough, Kagan delivered, and Josh Gerstein has a good post this morning at Politico.
Best nugget:
Kagan praised her frequent intellectual opponent, Justice Antonin Scalia – with whom she revealed she spent three days hunting in Wyoming this fall.
Hunting what game, exactly?
