At BuzzFeed, Brick Stone confronts the lovely Westboro Church folks at a demonstration outside the Jewish fed (it’s not clear which one, but there are references to San Diego).
He asks, um, probing questions trying to assess exactly how much this hate group knows about gays. But Stone, who is Jewish, also gets into the Jewish issue: How much will it cost a Jew to get into heaven? $5,000? $6,000? And that article on the "G-d Hates F**s" website about the first black woman rabbi? "Are we supposed to be mad at the Jews or the blacks about that?"
(I searched the Westboro website for the article for as long as I could without gagging — 17.3 seconds, I think — but I couldn’t uncover the article.)
