The (relatively) new technology of Twitter has given the Jewish communal world another way to argue. Adam Kredo of the Washington Jewish Week has the story on a twitter war over Iran between Isaac Luria of J Street and William Daroff of United Jewish Communities:
William Daroff, the United Jewish Communities vice president for public policy and director of its Washington office, believes J Street "stands with the Mullahs."
Opining on his Twitter account, Daroff seems to attack J Street for standing "with the Mullahs and the hard left at NIAC [National Iranian Action Council]" who are "opposed to sanctioning Iran."
Daroff adds: "UR to left of Obama & everyone."
Isaac Luria, J Street’s campaigns director, and Daroff had been conversing about J Street’s recent media coverage before diverging into a conversation about NIAC.
The rest of the piece has the entire reconstructed Twitter feed between the two.
