Orthodox Union leaders — both national officers and key rabbis and lay leaders at the group’s member congregations — are in Washington Monday and Tuesday to meet with congressional leaders and Obama administration officials. House Foreign Affairs Commitee chairman Rep. Howard Berman (D-Calif.) and House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-Va.) are on the schedule, as well as at least a dozen senators that will join the group at its lunch on Capitol Hill tomorrow.
