(JTA) — The assistant principal of a Baltimore Jewish school was indicted for stealing money from the school.
The grand jury indictment of Rabbi Jay Kenneth Wagner of Yeshivat Rambam/Maimonides Jewish Academy of Baltimore announced Wednesday had been filed Sept. 10, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Wagner, 32, is charged with stealing more than $13,000 in checks from the school between January 2007 and May 2009, and depositing them in his personal bank account.
