WASHINGTON (JTA) — Protests continued outside a home at the center of a legal dispute between Jews and Arabs in eastern Jerusalem.
A woman was arrested Monday evening after a scuffile between police and foreign left-wing protesters, according to the Jerusalem Post.
Jewish claimants say they purchased the property legally, but Sheik Jarrah residents say the ownership papers were falsified.
