WASHINGTON (JTA) — Tony Blair will speak at the Reform movement’s 2009 biennial conference.
The former British prime minister is now serving as envoy for the Quartet, the diplomatic grouping of the United Nations, the United States, Russia and the European Union that is helping to mediate the Middle East peace process.
The North American biennial will be held Nov. 4-8 in Toronto. As many as 5,000 Reform Jews are expected to attend.
