JERUSALEM (JTA) — A rocket fired from Gaza landed in Ashkelon.
The rocket fired early Sunday afternoon, which caused no injuries or damage, was the second to strike Israel that day. Earlier, a Kassam rocket struck a parking lot in a western Negev kibbutz, damaging several cars.
On Feb. 6, two rockets landed near Ashkelon. Israel retaliated with airstrikes on several tunnels in southern Gaza.
