Leaders of Israel and the Palestinian Authority will hold talks on Sunday.
Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will meet with P.A. President Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday.
Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat said the pair would “review the negotiations and the final-status issues,” and discuss the two sides’ obligations under the so-called road map for peace, including a halt to Israeli settlement building and Palestinian repression of terrorist groups.
The meeting comes just days after a visit to the region by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, a trip said to yield little progres towards peace.
