A McDonald’s restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil will become kosher for a day.

The fast-food restaurant in the Barra Funda neighborhood will offer kosher meals Sunday for the second year in a row. The store was specially prepared under rabbinic supervision on Saturday night and the non-kosher utensils will be placed back right after the event. Some of the kosher items on the menu will include the Big Mac, hamburgers, french fries and soft drinks.

According to the fast food chain’s quality director Celso Cruz, “our major goal was to offer the Jewish community in Sao Paulo the experience to have a meal in a McDonald’s with the same quality standards and the unique taste of our products.”
