The White House called on Palestinian leaders to “redouble” their anti-terrorism efforts in the wake of the Dimona suicide bombing.
In its statement “strongly condemning” the attack Monday that killed one woman in the southern town, the White House called upon “the leaders of the Palestinian Authority, who condemned this attack, to redouble their efforts to act against terrorism.”
It also condemned “those terrorist groups, including Hamas, which condone these horrific actions.”
Hamas, the Al-Aksa Martyrs Brigades – which has a relationship with the ruling Fatah Party – and another group all have claimed responsibility for the attack.
