An Israeli airstrike killed two Palestinian terrorists in the northern Gaza Strip.
Military aircraft attacked a car near the Gaza City home of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh early Monday, killing two occupants and critically wounding a third.
Palestinian authorities identified one of the dead men as a leader of the Army of Islam, a fringe faction that was involved in the 2006 abduction to Gaza of Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. The second fatality was a wanted member of Al-Aksa Brigades.
