Arsonists torched a West Bank synagogue.
Worshippers arriving for services early Friday at the Dolev settlement synagogue found the building in flames, the Ha’aretz daily reported, and Torah scrolls and prayer books destroyed. A monument to Yair Mendelson, killed during the first intifada, was also destroyed. The arsonists left behind a torn Israeli flag.
It was the second such arson at the synagogue this year.
