Syria is reportedly dismantling a site bombed by Israel.
The Washington Post on Friday quoted U.S. and foreign officials as saying that Syrians are taking apart the site hit in the Sept. 6 air attack. The Post quoted the officials as saying the site had the characteristics of a “small but substantial” nuclear reactor and speculating that Syria might want to remove traces that could be detectable to international inspectors.
No official has publicly confirmed that the target in the raid was a nuclear reactor.
