JERUSALEM, Jan. 6 (JTA) — An Israeli woman who was shot last week in the West Bank has died. Yael Mebar, 25, was shot Jan. 1 while riding in a car near an Arab village in an area under Israeli security control. The gunmen, who opened fire from a parked car, were believed to have fled to areas under Palestinian control.
