From team-building activities to kayaking, Zikit Park, located in Ma’ale Adumim, only 10 minutes from Jerusalem, and halfway to the Dead Sea, accommodates a day of fun and learning for all ages. As a leader in the team-building industry (for children and corporations), the park’s staff understands the important components of teamwork and implements these ideas into the numerous areas of the park.
The park’s attractions range from go-karting, to paintball, to indoor and outdoor laser tag; there are also lake activities, police cruisers and racing cars in a 800-square-meter tent for children, and a target practice arena for teenagers and adults.
During the summer season, the park offers visitors many options. Groups can rent out the park for part of a day or a full day, utilizing the park’s vast amphitheater and stage, or greenery areas surrounding the park’s lake. The park can hold a capacity of up to 400 people.
The lake, one of the park’s most popular features, is situated in the middle of the grounds; visitors can rent paddleboats and kayaks, accommodating up to 50 people in the lake at once. The lake also features a playful fountain for all to enjoy.
In addition to the paddleboating and kayaks available, the park’s pools open to children and adults allow families to swim together. The easy-to-handle boats allow children to learn how to maneuver without the help of their parents.
Another area in the park, the Special Forces training section, offers tactical tools to a range of governmental, professional and civilian groups. The Zakit Park Special Forces faculties are official suppliers to the Israel Defense Forces, Israel Police, Ministry of Defense, Foreign Ministry and other governmental organizations. With such expertise in the Special Forces, trainers provide customized drills to groups for special occasions, tour groups or private groups.
Staff member Ohad Nachum said, “We specialize in customer service for kids, adults, and everyone. We want all of our visitors to feel at home, smiling ear-to-ear once they enter the park. Therefore, we have built a strong team of happy members who are excited to come to work each day, and allow our guests to feel the same way.”
With its one-year anniversary approaching, Zikit Park has become a destination for families or groups to enjoy a day of challenging, joyful activities. As a convenience to guests, the park’s website (zikit.net) contains an updated calendar for guests to schedule appointments.
Zikit Park offers a special experience for all ages, in a range of activities. Whether a guest is adventurous, curious, or simply looking for an enjoyable day, the park’s many options accommodate many visitors.
