Kosher Chef Guy
My name is Chef Guy and I began cooking in my grandmother’s kitchen in Israel. That was where I learned her authentic Libyan recipes that she brought with her when she immigrated to Israel in the 1930’s.
After high school and the army I moved to Jerusalem to attend culinary school, and then I went to Eilat where I spent eight years cooking in five star hotels. In 2006, I was the chef in a kosher Chinese restaurant in Miami, and in 2007 I was the executive chef at a kosher Italian restaurant in Brooklyn.

During this time I met clients who asked me to cook in their homes. I realized that this was my calling. I am most happy creating custom menus and working with clients and their families. Private Chef Guy, www.kosherchefguy.com
