Rabbi David Eliach was — and still is — an outstanding educator (“The Lessons Of Rabbi Eliach,” Aug. 31). I remain in debt to him and his staff for all that they taught me during the four pivotal years I was a student in his high school. Both of his children have gone on to become well-respected educators, as well, which is not at all surprising, given who their parents were.
