With reference to your Editorial (“One-State Delusion,” Sept. 20) about Ian S. Lustick’s recent Op-Ed piece in The New York Times on how to achieve peace in Israel, he sets forth all of the conditions Israel must meet. But what does he want the Arabs to contribute, just their one-sided presence to accept the Israeli commitments?
