Regarding the story about the Long Island House race between the incumbent, Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin, and his challenger, Democrat Perry Gershon: Leonard Feldman should look at the figures for unemployment, the stock market indices and consumer confidence for September 2007, just before the crash.
The deregulation pushed by the Trump administration and supported by Zeldin are undermining the foundation of recovery established by the previous administration.
