(JTA) — A grand jury has declined to indict a 33-year-old woman accused of exposing her breasts before engaging in oral sex with a 15-year-old boy at a bar mitzvah in Scottsdale, Arizona.

A Maricopa County grand jury failed to find enough evidence to indict Lindsey Ann Radomski, Azcentral.com reported Wednesday. Radomski was arrested in March on suspicion of 21 felonies, including sexual conduct with a minor and indecent exposure.

Jocquese Blackwell, Radomski’s attorney, told Azcentral.com that the failure to indict Radomski was “not a surprise.”

Radomski could still face misdemeanor charges in Scottsdale’s city court.

Police had said that after the 80 to 100 guests had left the bar mitzvah at a private home, Radomski invited several boys into a private room and let them fondle her breasts. After the other boys left the room, she performed oral sex on the 15-year-old, police allege.

Radomski, a yoga instructor, told authorities that she was intoxicated and did not remember the encounter with the teen.

Detectives have gathered biological samples from Radomski, but it is unclear if they have been analyzed.
